Our thoughts are with all of you who have been impacted by COVID-19.

We would like to reassure all of our customers that whilst we move forwards into the new lockdown on 05/11/20, we are with you, and we are ready.

We have more staff than ever before available for picking, packing and shipping and more customer service colleagues available on our web chat, all operating within COVID guidelines.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank every one of you, and you are all in our thoughts throughout this difficult time.

We just wanted to update you all on how Home Vapers are dealing with this coronavirus pandemic, and what that might mean for you.

For the majority of you, Home Vapers will be operating business as usual.
All members of our team are working from home where possible and exercising strict social distancing when arranging shipments and dealing with couriers.
You may, however, experience a small delay in shipping timescales due to the increased workload of our amazing couriers. For that, we can only apologise.

However, due to the limited availability of bottles and lab PPE, we will be temporarily downscaling the HV White Label production. There is enough stock for our repeat customers but for the next few weeks, we won't be able to facilitate any new White Label orders.

Home Vapers was founded on the idea of staying at home and being able to get exactly what you need, and those sentiments have never been more true.

So please, stay home and save lives, safe in the comfort that we are here for you all.
